Cadet Command & Control

As within the military structure, the Civil Air Patrol Cadets operate within a strict code conduct and leadership.  Cadets lead Cadets.  This provides the junior cadets with the ability to strive towards development towards a possible position within the command structure of the Squadron.  All aspects of Cadet operations are coordinated and implemented by senior cadets.  This is the mission and role of the Cadet Program and is exercised via the Cadet Staff, or C-3.
