Weekly Squadron Meeting - ABUs

If you are planning on attending, you must fill out the forms attached (if you have already completed the Re-Mobilization FORM 1-LPSI Waiver of Liability you do not need to submit it again but you must submit the Re-Mobilization FORM 2-LPSI-Weekly Covid19 Health Screening form again). 

Mandatory Safety Guidelines For Participation

• Masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn properly at all times.(no filters/valves)
• Social distancing protocols must be adhered to at all times while indoors and outdoors.
• Protocols for Entry to and Exiting of the facilities must be adhered to at all times.
• All participants must provide their own hydration, in their own container.  No sharing is allowed. Hydration refills are not available from the facilities at this time.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be available to all participants and should be used frequently.
• All CAP Members and Guests must comply with the above.
